Good Morning all! I have been up since the very wee hours of the morning compliments to my two little ladies so I figured why not work on a card?
On this card I decided to ink the edges with red...well all good until I get a red finger print smack in the middle of my pure white strip of embossed paper! So plan B was to chalk the strip to mask my fingerprint. It looked alot nicer unchalked but at this point everything was done and I was NOT turning back.
I love how my little Santa came out. I found him somewhere on the internet. Santa was colored with my Prismacolor pencils and his bear and coat trim was accented with liquid applique to give it that puffy look.
The challenge over at Flourishes Newsletter was to follow a sketch and the challenge over at Crafty Creations was to emboss something.
This is so cute Lisa!! I love the applique on this adorable santa, and the chalked embossing looks great too!! Thanks for playing the Crafty Creations challenge!
