Here's what I've created for you...

I used FANCY FRAMES  to make the top layer of my shaker card.  I taped the two dies together to make the frame that I wanted.  Before removing the tape I ran it thru again with craft foam (2x's to give it more depth) to make the base of my shaker card.  The grass is from the OUTDOOR LANDSCAPE dies, which I cut several times to get a couple of layers.

 

I of course colored them with my Spectrum Noir markers as well as my Wink of Stella markers.  The adorable Scarecrow, leaves and pumpkins are from the new AUTUMN WISHES stamp set.  If you haven't heard by now there is a BUNDLE being offered on this stamp set and matching dies.  It's an awesome deal but ends Sunday so don't miss out!!  I used the dies to cut the scarecrows out.  The girl scarecrow I cut out twice and put some foam tape in between layers to make it pop more.

Last but not least I added some Doodlebug BIRTHDAY BOY Sprinkles on the sides, and of course what is a shaker card without some awesome sequins??? I added the new CORN MAZE sequins mix to the center.

Good Morning! Today is my day over at CRAFTIN' DESERT DIVAS to share some crafty inspiration.

 I wanted to share the adorable card I made using Craftin' Desert Divas  TISSUE TIME stamp set with you all here as well.

First I used the band aid that is by itself and stamped it randomly to make a background design.  I colored them in with my Spectrum Noir and Wink of Stella Markers.  Next I cut my paper to fit over the front of the card and used the "hill" looking stitched die and flipped it so it would create a nested window of sorts.  

It is hard to see in the photo but I adhered both sides of the card front to a strip of acetate (from my SHAKER BUNDLE)  so that the background I stamped showed would be visible.  Then I stamped the mouse and sentiment, coloring them in again with my markers.

 I used the foam tape from the bundle to pop up the top front of the card for dimension.  Doodlebug WINTER ASSORTMENT Sprinkles were added to the corners for a little bling.

Keepin' It Cool

Good morning y'all!  Today is the second week of the "Keepin' It Cool" Linky Party over at Craftin' Desert Divas.  I wanted to share with you my project I made for the challenge.

I used a ton of the CDD dies to make this card.  Gotta tell ya, I am in LOVE with these dies!! They are so darn useful and certainly helpful.

I broke out my SHAKER BUNDLE  and my DOODLEBUG SUNKISSED paper pad and came up with a plan. I wanted to make an Ocean scene with a tank like appearance (the acetate).  It is hard to see in the photo but the white card stock on top is embossed with a wave like pattern.  I picked up this awesome deep blue glitter cardstock and cut several layers of the waves out from the Outdoor Landscape dies.  Next I broke out my UNDER THE SEA stamp set as well as the matching UNDER THE SEA DIES and made a little scene.  All of the images were colored with my Spectrum Noir markers as well as some Wink of Stella brushes.

The Shaker Bundle comes with foam tape so I used that to give the card several layers and some height.  I also used FANCY FRAMES DIES, TAG ESSENTIALS DIES, and BANNER DIES to make up the rest of the elements in this card.  Glossy Accents was used to top off the bubbles on the sentiment layer.

Craftin' Desert Divas Mini Release Blog Hop

Here's what I've created for you...

I used the FANCY FRAMES dies for all of the layers on my card. The oval die in the center is from the BANNER DIES set. The pencils were colored with my Spectrum Noir markers and topped off with Glossy Essentials. To give the card dimension I added a bunch of Foam Tape to pop certain elements up. The sentiment is a mix of two stamp sets. The first part, "JUST A NOTE TO" came from THE SKY IS THE LIMIT stamp set. I masked off the other part of the sentiment. Next I used the sentiment THANK YOU from SAY IT BIG stamp set.

I accented the card with some Doodlebug Red, White and Blue Glitter Sprinkles.  They are just one of the many different Sprinkles that CDD carries.  They also have a wonderful selection of craft supplies as well available under their CRAFT SUPPLIES section.
