Here's what I've created for you today...
For some reason one of the first thoughts I had when I saw the stitch border stamp in the Sew Raggedy set was to stamp it several times in different colors. So I took a scrap piece of paper and stamped it in several different colors. I then cut it down to make several cards/tags.
For this first one I made it into a tag. I took the ticket stamp and svg from the TAG IT stamp set to make the base for the Made by Me for you stamp. I was so excited how perfectly it fit. Reminded me of those labels you can buy to sew into clothes! The sentiment, stitch border and the heart are all from the new Sew Raggedy stamp set. I made the spool with my envelope punch board.
Next made a spool card (again with my envelope bunch board) and another piece of the stitched paper I had stamped. I used the adorable Rag doll as well from the Sew Raggedy stamp set.
I just adore the babies from Bitty Blessings! I made a girl version for the sneak peeks so I decided to make a boy version. The stars are cut out (after being colored) from the large starburst stamp that is in the set. I paper pieced the diaper on the baby and used my Spectrum Noir markers to color all my images.

I just read your profile story and I am so sorry for your losses. But what a blessing your two little girls must be. I also have twin girls that were born in November 2008, so they are only a little older than yours. They are so fun together at this age. Now, on to your projects: they are really adorable! Love the spool shapes; perfect for that set. And that baby card is just too cute!
ReplyDeleteI just love always vising your blog you are so amazing with your creations I just them all
