Hey y'all! I recently bought the newly released stamp set from Craftin' Desert Divas called Capture the Good Times. I loved the sentiments in this set and knew they would be perfect for albums, journaling as well as cards. I thought I would challenge myself to make a bunch of projects using the same stamp set. I thought I would share them with you all.
Here is the first batch of ones I made.
First I made this photo cube with a picture that was taken of me and my girls by Hannah Westbrook photography. I thought the sentiment was perfect for it.
When I saw the next sentiment the first thing that popped into my head was to use a negative of the Sizzix die cut I used for the photo block. I made this card completely out of scraps. It was fun! lol
Next I made a camera album using the Camera shaped album by Lori Whitlock. I changed things a bit to have it the way I wanted it. The paper I used is by My Minds Eye called Lost & Found TWO. I tried to show the pages inside since the papers were so pretty. I added extra pages for a total of 20 pictures. I also doubled up the pages so they are nice and sturdy. Then added some ribbon and a camera charm for that extra pizazz.
Craftin' Desert Divas is having a Linky party as well as a Facebook Gallery challenge. Both have fantastic prizes so I am entering these into both.
Happy Crafting!
